QUICK AND EASY DAILY WORKOUT ROUTINE

Finding the perfect workout routine is as hard as actually working out. It all depends on your body type, how in shape you are, and your goals for working out. After A LOT of trial and error, I believe I have perfected the perfected workout to stay in shape, get toned, but not get insanely ripped.


I do this everyday during the week, and take the weekends off.


#1: 20-30 minute run with no incline


I like to start at 6.5 or 7 mph then once I hit the 20 minute mark, I amp up the speed to any where between 7.5 and 8.5 and run for as long as I feel like it. This lets you feel accomplished if you make it longer than you normally do, or if your tired that day, you can stop whenever. I run with no incline because when I played lacrosse in high school, running up hills would give me shin-splints.


#2: Ab Circuit

50 Russian Twists

15 In and Outs

40 Leg Crosses

1 minute Plank

45 sec. side plank on each side


I usually repeat this three times, and take a small break in between each set.


#3 Arms

15 Arm Curls

15 Raise Arms

15 Arm twist


Repeat this twice.


The entire workout usually takes me about 1 hour, and it's so easy to do it everyday because it's not a huge time suck.
