CAPRICORN NECKLACE:
I'm one of those people that finds a necklace they like and wears it everyday. I wrote a blog post earlier about how to stack gold jewelry, and one of the key points was wearing necklaces with different lengths. This necklace is perfect because it's a little bit longer than my other ones, and recently I've gotten into the whole Zodiac sign thing, so I love how it's personalized to that.
DOC MARTIN BOOTIES:
After going to college where the majority of the people are from the north, a lot people began calling my black Frye boots, which I wear almost everyday, cowboy boots. They obviously have never seen cowboy boots, but it made me think about investing in a new pair of black boots that maybe had a bigger heel. These Doc. Martins are the perfect boot. Their platform with a little heel so they make you legs look hella good and the platform is rubber, so their supper durable and you can even wear them in the snow.
LOVERS + FRIENDS SWEATER
One of the fall/winter trends this year is fringe, and I'm here for it. This sweater is just the start of my addiction. I like it because one it's super good quality, and it's a little cropped while being over-sized at the same time, so it's not the usual sweater fit. One of my favorite ways to wear it is to put it over a dress, like in the picture, especially during winter because it's hard wearing dresses and still trying to be warm.
REVOLVE JUMPSUIT
This is actually the first jumpsuit I've ever owned, and man has it opened a door to so many new outfit possibilities. It's by the brand By the Way. on Revolve and the material is pretty thick which makes it so comfortable. I think that really makes it is the lace up sides because it breaks up the fabric, so you don't look like a red lump.
THRIFT LEATHER JACKET
I feel like everyone always imagines the perfect leather jacket they'll find at a thrift store, but they never find it. Well I found the secret to thrifting: Pop's Thrift store. This store is in Covent Garden in London, and it is like walking into a thrifting dream. They have the coolest jackets from Harley Davidson to Carhartt. It is more expensive than normal thrift stores, but they do have a student discount.
UO plaid dress
Normally I never buy dresses unless I have an event to go to, but I knew I would be going to Ireland with my mom plus the holidays were coming up, and this dress would be perfect for those. It's a dark green plaid, but the fabric is thin and stretchy which is amazing. I love wearing it with a tight long-sleeve black mock neck shirt underneath and some chunky gold jewelry.
JEFFERY CAMPBELL LEOPARD BOOTS:
These shoes are definitely not for everyone, but I think they're amazing. I first found them on Free People's Instagram, and then they went on sale, so I knew it was a sign. My favorite way to style them is with an all black outfit because it really makes the shoes pop.
ANTHROPOLOGIE SKIRT:
So this skirt was a life savor. It was a week before we were leaving for Morocco, and I had maybe two outfits that I would work for the trip even though we were going for a week. Anthropologie happened to have a sale, so I bought this skirt, and it worked perfectly for the trip.
& OTHER STORIES SWEATER:
Neon has been a huge trend this winter, especially neon green. At first I thought this sweater was a too little out there for me, but it wasn't that expensive, so I got it, and I have worn it so many times.
UO SWEATER & JEANS:
I feel like everyone's grandparents always asks them the same question when they wear ripped jeans: "Did you buy them like that or did you do it yourself?" In order to avoid this question I bought this pair of BCBG jeans. I love the frayed ends, and the wash of them.
FREE PEOPLE FELT HAT
I have wanted one of these hats for so long, and I finally got it. I feel like wearing a hat takes your outfit to a whole new level and makes you look hella cool. Originally I wanted a tan one, but they didn't have any in the store, so I got this cherry pink one, and I love it.
