1. cow print
If you have any type of social media, you have seen cow print everywhere and anywhere. Whether it's cow print boots, phone cases, or even a fluffy shoulder bag that looks like it could have been in High School Musical, you've seen it. I, personally, am all for it. It makes me feel like I'm still living in the South. Recently, I bought a mini dress from Urban Outfitters and a fluffy bag from Shein (my first time shopping there). If you want a more sustainable way to get something cow print, I would look at Depop.
2. white tall cowboy boots
Once again, I am all for this trend. You had me at cowboy boots, but the white adds a little spice to the outfit. These boots you can find in a lot of places. If you're looking for good quality, Jeffery Campbell has a pair for $260, but if you just want to try out the trend, then Amazon has pairs for around $50. I love these boots when they're styled with a fun colorful dress or a tight little black dress.
3. short brown cropped puffers
This is a new trend I have seen all over Pinterest. At first, I wasn't sure how I felt about it, but its grown on me, and now I want one. All the one's I've seen on Pinterest have been The North Face version, but I'm sure Zara has it for cheeper. I also just ordered a brown pleather puffer from Shein which I know isn't sustainable, but they had the perfect one. It'll be featured in an up coming post after Christmas.
4. black oversized leather blazer
Another trend I am all for is black leather blazers. Honestly, you can find these everywhere ranging from $30-$500. Revolve carries higher end blazers, but my personal favorite style is the thrifted leather blazer look. My roommate found the perfect one for $40 at a thrift store in Boston, and I've already worn it more than she has.
5. hair roller hairstyle
If you know me, you know that my biggest goal in life is to look like Margot Robbie. You would also know that I have a long way to go, and will be needing plastic surgery if I wanted to actually accomplish this goal. BUT the new hair roller hairstyle helps a lot. I also love how it uses no heat, so its better for your hair than normal straightening and curling.
6. snakes!
There's always that one animal that's in trend that year, and everyone gets jewelry and even tattoos with it. This year it's snakes. I have already gotten snake earrings from Etsy which I wear almost everyday, and I am searching for a wrap-around snake ring. I don't know why, but wearing snake jewelry just makes you feel cool.
